The following conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer at Bronza AB (hereinafter "us", "we" or "Bronza") via bronza.se.
When you complete an order, an agreement is entered into between you and Bronza, which applies to your order, which includes any questions or disputes that arise as a result of your order. The version of the terms that apply to your order is the version that is available on bronza.se at the time you execute your order. Once we have received your order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you used when you made your purchase. Therefore, remember to enter the correct e-mail address as confirmation may be needed in the event of future contact with our customer service. We kindly request you to contact us as soon as possible in case the confirmation does not reach you.
We do not enter into agreements with minors without the permission of a guardian.
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via e-mail to email@example.com.
We deliver to the following countries in Europe: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Croatia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria.
Delivery & shipping
We offer the following shipping options: DHL Servicepoint, DHL Paket, DHL Parcel Connect, Postnord MyPack Connect and Budbee.
We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that occurs with uncollected packages or if no one can receive the package despite repeated attempts (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Uncollected packages will be charged.
Prices on the page are displayed in SEK and EUR, depending on where you are. Prices include VAT. When the order is confirmed, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that Bronza does not have control over, such as changed VAT. We reserve the right to make printing errors such as. prices, specification, etc.
The shipping cost for an order is charged according to the actual weight of your item, which is done automatically in the online store. The cost of shipping is reported at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to taxes, duties and charges levied by the country of destination (import duties). Please note that taxes and fees may vary depending on product value.

Normal delivery time is about 3-5 days. Goods are normally sent the next weekday.
We always strive to deliver our goods within the specified time frames, but delays can occur in the event of unexpected events. If the product has not reached the specified delivery address within 14 days, we ask you to contact us, preferably by email or phone. You have the right to cancel the purchase if the delay is of significant importance. In the event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you always have the right to cancel your purchase.
Orders that are not picked up within 14 days will be returned to us.
Bronza is responsible for the transport risk when the product is delivered to you. However, the customer bears the transport risk when the goods are returned to us, in the event that a return of the goods is necessary.
In Sweden you have the right by law to cancel an agreement entered into with us and return products within 14 days from the day after delivery without stating any reason. In order to use the Right to withdraw, the product must be returned to us in almost the same quantity and condition as when you received it, even if you have the right to examine the product. However, Bronza has the right to make a depreciation deduction for your compensation, which is based on the fact that you have handled the product to a greater extent than necessary.

To exercise your Right to withdraw, you must inform us by sending a clear message regarding that you exercise your Right to withdraw by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will confirm receipt of your regretted purchase notification by email without undue delay.
Return cost: SEK 39 is paid by the sender.
Return note: Contact email@example.com to get a return note.
Packaging: Use original packaging to ensure that the products are not damaged during return.

You must use one of the two options listed above in order to exercise your Right to withdraw.
Refund will be made without unnecessary delay provided we have received the item in return. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the purchase.
The Right to withdraw does not apply to:
- Products that due to health or hygiene reasons have been sealed (sealed) and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
- Custom-made product, which has been tailor-made especially for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
- Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed to the service being started without the right of withdrawal.Cancellation
You have the opportunity to cancel your item until delivery has begun, which is done by calling us on +46 8-50625020. Once delivery has begun, you can no longer cancel delivery.
If something should be wrong with your item, let us know as soon as possible. Complaints can be made via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and must contain your name, customer number, invoice number and a detailed description of the error. You also have the right to contact our postal address, which you will find at the beginning and at the bottom of these terms.
In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for your shipping costs. The product will be examined in accordance with the description of any defects that you as a customer leave in connection with the complaint. It is therefore important that you provide as detailed a description as possible. If the product after inspection is found to be faultless or exposed to external damage and the complaint is therefore not approved, you as a customer will be charged our cost for examining the product and shipping costs.
Please note that a complaint must always be made within a reasonable time (two (2) months is always considered a reasonable time), but no later than within three (3) years after you received the product. Note, however, that the shelf life of some of our products is only between 6-12 months.
If a complaint is approved, you compensate in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act (1990: 932) through one of the following alternatives: repair of an existing product, through a new equivalent product, price reduction or by returning your payment for the product (incl. Shipping) and return costs).
In the event of a refund, we will refund you no later than 10 days from the time the agreement has been terminated on the correct grounds. Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used when you made the purchase Damage to packages and uncollected packages
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and report the damage. Do not retrieve a damaged package. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us.

Invalidity of the provisionIn the event that parts of these conditions are declared invalid or are declared ineffective by a court or supervisory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

Termination of your purchase agreement with us does not affect our rights to receive money that you owe us in accordance with these terms of purchase.
Termination of agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement and agreement between you and us and govern your use of our website and the purchases you make on our website, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Bronze.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
You can also contact the consumer advisor in your municipality or, in the case of cross-border purchases, send your complaint to the EU's online dispute resolution platform, which is available on EC Online Dispute Resolution.
Through these terms, Bronza is exempt from liability for damages or delays that have their basis in circumstances beyond our control. Examples of such circumstances are floods, fires, work interruptions, bans, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions and wars.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in Sweden.
